After initial assessment I was told it was a two man job who duly arrived in a couple of days with a jetting machine to clear the limescale. They worked very hard to jet the blockage one in the bathroom one outside at the manhole with the jetter. When they were satisfied the soilpipe was clear they inserted a camera so we could all see the there was now no obstruction. They were pleasant and informed me what was happening all the time, I would recommend them to others.

Arrived within a couple of hours, and solved the problem. Also fixed the sliding shower doors, so did a bit extra, I thought the rate quoted was reasonable.He stayed over the time anticipated, but charged only his original rate. A thoroughly pleasant young man who deserves to do well in his business.
Mark came round almost immediately and provided a quote very quickly. His prices were very competitive and he provided me with references, all of whom gave him glowing feedback. I have had an oak floor laid and woodwork replaced and I am very please with the results. Mark will be laying decking in my garden in the next couple of weeks. George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.
