I was very impressed with the workmanship between Dave and Jon who worked well together improving my bathrooms with shower and bath fittings. They were very quick to respond and were efficient, friendly, happy to help and paid attention to detail. They were quick to sort out any issues and answer any queries I had. They also liaised well with their fellow tradespeople for any floor fitting or electrical work that needed doing. I was very pleased with the finished results and would highly recommend them.

Daniel was extremely helpful and professional at his work. We could not thank him enough for sorting the issue with faulty vent pipe, where management company failed to address the problem of awful sewage smell coming out of the main stack. We spent money on plumbers and surveyors in the past that could not figure out the cause nor fix the issue. Just glad we finally found the guy that did what he promised!

Also very helpful with other general improvements to the ground and finishing. The quote was in line with other providers but the RP rating and job satisfaction on this website swayed my opinions. George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful
