The work carried out by John Ward was excellent. His advice was invaluable. When the original floor was removed we had a damp problem. John resolved this problem with good advice and the new solid wood floor was fitted with excellent precision. My wife is very pleased with the completed floor. Hired Shane to do some repair work on my chimney. The work included: installing flashing, re-pointing and installing vented caps. His quote was very competitive and the quality of the work he carried out was excellent. Would definitely use him again and recommend him highly.

ROOF LEAK AFTER HEAVY RAIN After picking up the job on Rated People Adam attended and within 48 hours provided a broad quote for the work needed, additionally cautioned me as to the possibility of necessary work not immediately apparent at first sight. Adam and his friendly, competent team arrived as arranged, did a good job to roof verges, Ridges, Valleys, replacing tiles and cleaning up the site daily. Three weeks later after more heavy rain and snow my roof is sound. Thank you! Highly commended.

I would highly recommend Phillips roofing company. Reece runs his own company, he gave me a competitive quote and was happy to answer all my questions. I was looking for someone I could trust, who would be on time and most importantly do a professional job, this is exactly what you get from Reece. He was conscientious, cleared up properly and brought the job in on time. Even my builder asked for his number when he saw his work. All in all very happy.

Steve did an excellent job in removing the corner tape, placing and re-painting. You would never know there was any problem! The job was done quickly and efficiently and Steve is a really friendly guy. Would recommend for any jobs in your home and will definitely use his services again in the future.

Chris turned up bright and early, wore shoe protectors to get to and from the bathroom to ensure minimal mess elsewhere. He raked out all existing grout and sealant (as old and had flakes of old tile paint in) and then resealed and regrouted the bathroom. He took a brief lunch break only and worked from 8am until 6pm to get the job done. Chris was friendly and cheerful and worked hard - I would recommend.

Jon was very professional and reliable and discussed the project with us as it was carried out to involve us in all decisions.
