The contractor gave excellent advise.He always turned up on time and the work was completed to schedule . During the work various minor various modifications were needed these were discussed in full and solutions found his knowledge and experience most useful. Once finished there was one minor problem which was quickly solved at no extra cost I am very pleased with the work carried out in terms of finish and cost. I would use Hackett Property Services again and am happy to recommend them.

Excellent visit from Kevin and Phil yesterday to carry out maintenance work on our 14 Velux windows. They did a thorough job of cleaning and lubricating the hinges and mechanisms, and solved issues we had opening a couple of the windows. They were polite, informative and left everything in perfect shape. And very good value for money. Highly recommended.

But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. This was a very difficult task and will be calling on them regularly to do other jobs in the future. It is a pity that i am unable to post before and after photos of this job on this website. Alex is friendly and knowledgeable and did an excellent job, leaving the lawn beneath the apple tree clean and all the prunings neatly stacked so that I could run them through the shredder. He wasn't just someone who simply chopped off bits of the tree to order but knew just what needed pruning and consulted with me throughout the job to make sure that I got the pruning I wanted.
