Patrick came to fix an immerser and do an EICR assessment and provide a certificate on completion. He did the former then completed the EICR but didn't leave the certificate. He then ignored my repeated calls, texts and emails to sort the problem leaving me with no option but to pay another £250 for a service I thought someone on Rated People would be vetted for. I have also since found out his company went out of business. Daylight robbery. Do not employ this provider.

Tarek did a fantastic job redecorating two rooms of mine in a rental flat that looked quite bad. He repaired seriously damaged wallpaper where a boiler had been removed and cracks in the ceiling before doing the painting. I was really surprised at how good looking the finished results were. All signs of damage and cracks were gone. Very impressed and I'll be using Tarek again when the need arises.

Re boiler service. Gary kept in touch all the way through keeping me updated. He had a problem with a piece of equipment which unfortunately meant he couldn't do the job on the original day but arranged for the job to be done the very next day by a colleague. No complaints.
