This turned out to be a larger job than I'd been lead to believe when posting. Dean quoted a price for repair as stated or replacing the boiler, we went for the latter in the end as the existing boiler was 18 years old and probably pretty much knackered. Not cheap but - Came when said, identified correct roof failure (not a pot, rather lead flashing - so professional ie. didn’t uplift job), good communication, fixed when said they would and swiftly … and so far after some very heavy rain. It appears they “fixed my roof”. Plus a ten year guarantee. So you get what you pay for I guess. Hence 5 star.

Absolutely horrific experience. No quote was formally given beforehand. Ali refused to give a price/estimate for the works, he just said he would fix the leak at a “reasonable” price then the bill came to £600. My newly fitted bath panel got damaged during the repair works. Then after a few weeks a leak was spotted again in the same area which resulted in water damage to the newly renovated ceiling. Thousands of pounds went down the drain. Highly unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend them.
