Paul was great. He came out very quickly and dealt with my daughter’s door really well. It needed trimmed down due to carpets having been fitted. The carpet fitting squad couldn’t deal with the door as it wasn’t a standard internal one. It was particularly heavy and had a strong spring chain going into its side. Paul managed it fine. He and his colleague came at the agreed time, assessed the jobs and negotiated a reasonable price for the list of small jobs I had. I enjoyed the added bonus of them being able to do the work the same day that we negotiated the price. I found them to be courteous, tidy and very efficient.
