Ours was a complex job with many different components all of which Ben tackled with no complaints, routinely offering practical solutions to any issues that arose which enabled us to retain our look and feel while keeping to budget. I hired this contractor to install laminate flooring and skirting boards, and I am extremely disappointed with the result. The finish looks amateurish, with visible gaps and poorly cut edges. To make matters worse, the price was initially agreed at £300, but once the work was 'finished,' he demanded £400 without prior notice. Since then, he has stopped responding to my calls and messages for weeks regarding necessary repairs. Save yourself the stress and hire a real professional instead.
