Knowledgable and straight-talking, Terry was extremely helpful and offered a lot of experience to back every suggestion. He kept me informed at each stage and he kept the project (which turned out to be more complex than thought) on budget. Would recommend and plan to contact him again for another project.

Really helpful and friendly; left the house immaculate and even arranged for a plumber to come round, and fixed our toilet! Carl did a very professional. neat job, and his pricing was fair and clear. Could not recommed highly enough.

Absolutely first class. Very skilled at making joinery to complement the house rather than just use standard off the shelf products. Nothing too much trouble and very flexible when the requirements were changing as the job progressed. .As we were on a tight budget was always willing to suggest different ways of ending up with the same result. Very happy with my flooring. I would recommend using idyllic floors if you want no hassle and your flooring in quickly. Mine was fitted in a day and I've noticed a lot of fitters quote days to fit. Which doesn't help if you get one day off a week from work or you want it done in a weekend. Mine was a big flat. Very happy and would defo use them again and recommend to friends and family
