STUPID when I texted him to say I will report him to RatedPeople and the authorities. More slabs broke 2 days ago. Sent him the picture. He simply texted back: MOVED TO DEVON NO LONGER WORKING. I am very happy with the service Ionut offered. He offered a reasonable price, he was available with less notice than my local carpet shop could offer. He came on time to the job & was fully prepared. He fitted 2 carpets for me & both have been fitted excellently, can’t complain about a thing. Being able to book a carpet fitter privately meant I could order carpet online for far less than my local carpet shop. Thank you for your service, I’m sure I’ll be in touch again in the future.

Very happy with the work Mosaic did. They did 2 bathroom makeovers, they were let down by a tile supplier which delayed our timetable but in general the team were good to work with, focussed, and listened to what we wanted. Also very helpful on design, selection of materials, and adjusting for problems discovered when ripping out the old bathrooms. I would be happy to recommend and use them again.

Ivan is a hardworking and efficient wood flooring expert. It's a late Victorian house, we requested removal of two old damaged woodchip boards. The area was two first floor landings. We asked for reclaimed pine floorboards to be put down. He did a wonderful job of replacing them to match some original ones. Then sanded, primed and vanished the floor twice. Ivan was enthusiastic and took pride in his work. He tidied, up each of th four days work, hoovered area and took away rubbish. Highly recommend
