The job started as refurbishing a kitchen extension. Nik and his guys worked quickly and paid attention to detail. Nik came up with the best possible layout given the space. I liked the way he worked so he ended up refurbishing the whole house. He made use of the materials and fixed things that needed fixing as he went along all within the quoted price. For the first appointment (11am-1pm), they texted after 12pm to say they couldn't arrive before 1pm. For the rescheduled appointment, they did not show up. This kind of unreliability is deeply frustrating, especially when customers plan their day around appointments.

Contractors were due at 9.30 in the morning and did not turn up until 2 in the afternoon and finished 10 past 9 in the evening. Had to keep phoning to find out what was happening. Half way through doing it I was surprised to be told that my floor wasn’t level enough for this kind of flooring despite the fact he had seen the floor previously to give me the quote and advised me on the most appe flooring. The surface now looks quite bumpy.. some of the work was also a bit untidy. Would not use again.
