I would like to praise John on the electrical work carried out at my house. John is very professional & finished the job to a high standard. John is very keen to do a good job & works very hard to make sure he delivers a quality finish. He is friendly, helpful and positive. He always gave me good advice and was very keen to make sure that all my requirements were met to a high standard. We used M&L to replace our consumer unit, replace central heating controls and to re-skim a floor. The service was excellent. Matt contacted us to confirm the appointment, gave an accurate quote and charged a very reasonable rate for additional bits I asked him to do. He was polite, punctual, hard working and extremely professional. He made a hard job look easy. I have no hesitation in recommending M&L and in fact, I have done so already.

Lee came and gave us a price for a new standard staircase. He also offered a variety of options for other types. He was approachable, friendly and explained everything to us. Since having them fitted he has fitted our kitchen, hung oak doors and frames throughout, fitted skirting throughout, new pvc windows and a set of patio doors. His prices are reasonable and affordable. He also likes a biscuit or two and is partial to a cuppa

Came on short notice and very flexible. Needed someone to repair, replace and add to tiling around the kitchen and window sill. He did a quality job giving the tiling a professional finish it lacked. He worked efficiently and was done within a day. would recommend.

I originally used Bouchers Building for the installation of a kitchen and utility room. They were able to come in well below my original estimate (and thousands below B&Q's!) without any sacrifice on quality. Since then I've used them for several other projects around the house, including flooring and skirting, at really competitive prices and look forward to using them in the future as well.
