Marius sanded back the floor to the original oak finish across the whole of the downstairs. It completely transformed the floor, was meticulously sanded and beautifully finished. The decking is sagging and moves every time you walk on it which we have to do to get out of the garden. The step also rocks when walked upon. The wood was left cracked in areas and there are some miss cuts. The concrete was undertaken during torrential rain and has resulted in constant dusting being trailed onto the decking and subsequently into the house. The concrete ran down the length of the driveway and cannot be removed. Phoned to complain 3 weeks ago and heard nothing further.
I have over 35 years experience working in the carpentry industry and am able to work in both sectors, of carpentry and joinery. For the last three years I have been working with a local company, building Victorian Glass houses and sadly the owner has made the decision to retire. Now I have more capacity to take on new joinery or carpentry work. The photos I have uplifted are from work undertaken over the last 5 years.
