although we just did electrical & fire alarm check up for a house & later issue the relevant certificates.We found Stephen quick response, professional attitude & friendlness very helpful, as we are dealing with a big stressful project. Stephen previous clients spoke highly of his work and we are currently looking to use his services to complete a full new lighting system.

Retracting the previous review I gave on Affordable Repairs. Reason below. Got Ken to repair a leaking roof on the same property, after many attempts, wasted time and ££££ it was clear he was shooting in the dark and has no knowledge in this area. He even turned up at the property once (without being asked) pretended to do some work on the leaking roof, then had the audacity to send me a bill for this! When I refused to pay it he got personal. Lacks integrity. Use at your own risk.

Cristina submitted a professional, detailed quote and proceeded to carry out and complete everything on that quote and more. I was out of the country at the time and was happy to rely on her completely. She went out of her way to search out excellent goods of good quality at reasonable prices, presenting me with photo's by e-mail for me to choose. It is most unusual to find a builder that presents work of this quality on a renovation. She is also a very pleasant young lady to work with. I will certainly be using her again.

Mike was professional and reliable. He went out of his way to help us with our home improvements. He plastered and re painted our kitchen and bathroom. He plastered over some cracks in our kichen and did a superb job. I highly recommend for any jobs around your home.

Nick was very thorough in assessing the work that needed doing and worked with us to design the a/v system we needed. We had several major issues with OTHER tradesmen that Nick was able to work around, frequently having to modify original plans but still delivered a great finished product. We posted a job for an indoor bicycle storage unit and Eduardo went beyond our expectations in creating the storage unit for 2 bikes and a separate cupboard in the room we had. He offers good advice and practical solutions for how to make the best use of space and materials and he made sure that the room was clean and tidy when he left. I recommend him highly and will use him again.
