Rhys was excellent; he first came to look at the works I needed in detail. Which after provided a detailed quote. He took the time to explain things when I did not understand. He gave the available options of what could be done and also provided his recommendation. He worked extremely clean and was really dedicated to his work. CID's quotation was detailed and professionally presented covering all aspects of the work. They communicated in a polite and timely manner as required. The work was carried out expertly with all aspects of health and safety being observed. They treated my home with respect wearing foot coverings to keep the floor clean. They cleaned up any dust and particles created whilst drilling etc was carried out. I am extremely happy with the standard of installation and consider CID to be an excellent contractor.

This company is Totally a waste of time I spoke with a Mr Shane, we booked an appointment for Thursday for him to come and start the job. I took the day off from work and had to arrange for childcare for my 7 month y/o so I could be free tried calling numerous times, days leading up to the appointment no answer left voicemails no response ended up not showing and I have now got to look for an alternative last min have lost money as I cant work and have had to pay for childcare. *Avoid* this tradesman.

I cannot praise this firm enough. They removed my old boiler & fitted a new one . Also removing the gas fire & back boiler. Ben & his team were fantastic. A small cabinet was also added to store our chopping boards this was done cleanly and with great attention to detail. The adjustment blended seamlessly with the original kitchen cabinets, maintaining the overall look of the kitchen.
