The work completely was of a very high standard with immaculate attention to details. Jerry was punctual from the survey stage to the end of the work. He sorted little snags with the wall, separated the work area with a plastic sheet so the dust was minimised. After each day, my home was left clean and the job was progressing well. Herman's team was spotless! Nice people, very polite, always on time (guys arrived a bit before to 'set up' work), hardworking, knowledgeable and organized. The company was also flexible regarding pricing and payment procedure, so I could even book and pay the plasterer via them, which was a very good professional too! Job was strictly within schedule, what allowed me to clean the flat before my family would be back home from abroad on the same day the job finished. Top class! I had an independent ceiling installed in both rooms. In terms of results, I could feel the difference immediately, but after a week, when the ears would've got used to the new situation, the improvement in the insulation is clearly great and my baby can get a full night's sleep. To have an idea, something being dropped on the floor in the flat above, became a simple 'toc' comparing to the loud 'bam' with reverberating walls I had to endure before. Thank you very much.

Happy with plastering and temp wall installation, but skirting board could have been better. Ceiling plaster developed cracking, which we were promised would be made good, but unfortunately due to poor communication and lack of consideration to the customer we gave up trying to get done by the tradesman and sorted ourselves. In the end a disappointing experience.

Really pleased with the work that these guys did. They completed my floor-to-ceiling wall unit for my TV, soundbar, fireplace, push-to-open-door shelves and added a side unit with 2 open shelves in a day and a half!
