I was advised by a number of roofers that the flashing needed to be replaced with proper dividers and Richard gave me the most competitive price to include all scaffolding, pointing the back chimney and replacing any worn tiles. The scaffolders were quick and efficient and the two roofers Max and Connor were very professional and thorough. They advised me that the bottom two rows of roof felting needed replacing and Richard gave me a very competitive price to include this.

He renovated a bathroom: boarded the staircase slope, plastered, tiled, updated electrics and fitted all sanitary ware. He levelled and laid the wooden floor, fitted skirting boards, installed 7 sliding pocket door systems with oak doors, and adjusted radiators/plumbing. Outstanding workmanship and quality. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.
