Gavin was the only one that wanted to quote for the job & said he would have someone here the next day at 10am. It turned out he arrived at 10.30 but we are a long way from where they normally work. Mike was the engineer & he followed all the Covid19 distancing rules, diagnosed the problem, a broken pump, got it sourced & picked it up within the hour. When he returned with the said pump he disconnected the old one, not an easy job as it was really old, fitted the new one and tested the system. Brilliant job

20 years experienced satellite, freeview and cctv engineers. All aspects of domestic and commercial installations, from tv wall mounts to communal systems for tower blocks. Poor freeview reception or satellite connection? Sky telling you they can’t access your dish as it’s in an awkward place or do you live in a flat and are being told you can’t have SkyQ? Nonsense.....Internet black spots around the home? Children complaining of slow connections for gaming or social media? No job too small and definitely not too big. However he priced & agreed on another job & let me down at the last minute with no reply or explanation, just zero response to calls etc. I had to scramble & was lucky to find another tradesperson at 3 days notice. Disappointing & mystifying!

Carl was very straightforward, gave me the exact price upfront, which others didn’t - we decided on a time a couple of days later. The walls are uneven and bumpy in places. A socket was damaged by the tradesmen which we had to find out ourselves. Rubbish was left on the property. Disappointed for the price I paid.
