Took a part to do an additional job on my dishwasher. Quoted £50 on the day. Weeks later after I had to chase. Said it would be £130. I said no. After chasing some more they agreed to send the part back so I could get the job done elsewhere and I can't find the right part without the original. They agreed to post the part back. It's been weeks and no parts have been sent back. I have sent messages and calls and I'm being ignored. Very unprofessional.

I’m revising my original 5-star review after the repair failed 6 months later. While I got a prompt response to my initial warranty request, a fortnight was then wasted where my suggestions for dates went unanswered and an appointment was finally set only to get cancelled on the day. A request to specify a time for a new appointment has likewise been ignored. After 3 weeks without a bathroom light, I’m now paying for a repair with a new contractor rather than continue chasing such unreliable service.

Our job never went ahead as we discussed the scope of the work over phone, text and pictures, had the date and price set. Then, not even 12 hours before they were supposed to come round, they thought they needed to re-evaluate the scope with no new information, double the pricing and said we could only discuss the price a little, despite the massive and sudden increase. They haven't since I tried to negotiate the price closer to the original number.
