Not a good experience at all!! Paid upfront for kitchen skirting and tiles that he ripped all off £260.00 never saw him again after that. Was left weeks with an unfinished kitchen. Had to get someone else to complete the work. Kept on not turning up. One problem after another. Even said he had no work on a sat so can complete my kitchen. Then changed to Sunday then again never turned up. Advised had alcohol poisoning from the sat night. So my kitchen was not priority. 3 months later no return of my £260.00.

We had the pointing ground out and redone between the flags in the garden. Was happy overall with the job when it was finished but it took quite a bit longer than quoted. Now 10 months later the pointing is falling out in a few areas, so feeling a little bit disappointed with the job.

I learned my trade in Spain and became Spains Porcelanosa Specialist Tiler and a Master Tiler, I have spent 20 years working on new builds and reforms in England, Spain, Portugal and Italy where I used all types of tiles including both marble and natural stone.. and have recently returned back to the uk with my family. I do full bathroom refurbishments including plumbing, plastering and rendering.
Fantastic job conducted by decline and Josh. We had three other tilers previous to look at the job which was to tile around a media wall just installed around a log burner. Previous tilers could not do the job due to lack of knowledge and experience with media walls but decline was there to the rescue. Decline was always on time and very professional and now we have a fantastic tiled media wall done to perfection. Thank you decline and Josh and we will definitely be using you again.

Unfortunately I am not able to recommend Jon for plastering work. The quality of the plastering he recently completed was well below expectations and has required significant rework to correct. Jon is a decent guy but his main trade is plumbing.
Hi I have been a joiner for a little over 10 years now, I did my apprenticeship as a bench joiner so attention to detail is key for me. Me and Oskar my apprentice always finish jobs to a high standard. As with Stuart my painter who's eye for detail is second to none We have public liability so are insured for all jobs we take on. We enjoy our work and customers satisfaction is key.
Mark (MSW Joinery) came out the day after I posted the add, to survey the job. He gave me a very reasonable quote and time frame to complete the works I wanted. Just a few days later the job was completed. I’m very happy with the entire process with Mark not to mention the actual works. Reasonable job but following issues. 1) Expensive maybe 30% higher than competition feel ripped off. 2) wall corners are showing large cracks after only 1 week. 3) I had to ask for them to clean up after themselves and also put dust sheets down at the start. 4) Offered hose so they could mix away from the house, but they refused and proceeded to mix holding bucket up the wall damaging my box hedging. 5) rendered walls have not been done below skirting board level, so i need to fill gaps myself in the wall.
