Arrived on time on the appointed day. Initial job was done well however unforeseen complications arose due to previous non maintenance of central heating system and Jimi worked on to ensure heating was fully operational. Very prompt reply to my request to renew guttering and downpipe. When flags were lifted to fit downpipe they advised me that cast iron soil pipe had corroded and needed replacing.
