Hi I’m Joe of JAS Property Maintenance and also JSB Bespoke metal and woodwork. I have recently gone back to working on my own but I have been in the building trade since I was young working with family members then to college to pass my brickwork picked up a lot along the way working with many trades which I find makes me unique as I can come in and do most things you may need. The metal and woodwork side has been the more recent years even though I still did the building and house renovating on weekends but I can make gates, fencing, security bars, fancy art products and much more. Brilliant service, Leroy came on time, on the arranged day and in cold weather. He got on with the tree job, bringing all the right equipment and no messing around. When he had finished the job looked well presented and he had cleared up really well. Leroy is very polite, friendly and a good worker at a reasonable price. Expert at removing any stuborn wallpaper All damproof techniques including membrane. the quicker cheaper lasting option.. I'm a very efficient painter and decorator.Also time served plasterer. Can complete all tasks of plastering too a high standard. Worked in social housing andand got relevant skills. I am CSCS Registered artex problem. No problem.all paints, wallpapering techniques, and outside paints. Waterbased or oil based. Remember painting companies have bigger profits and probably VAT. I know I've worked for them.
