George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. I very much appreciated Boris viist. He was really honest and proactive. He really helped me see what was necessary in my project. Unfortunately, I didn't use his service because it was not planned and over my budget.
We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. We needed some buttresses built to support a garden wall. Fred was able to provide very practical help and advice which we were more than happy to act upon. The work was delivered in a timely way and to a very high standard. The guys were always cleaning up after themselves and always left the site clean and tidy. I had a lot of work done today - curtain rails put up, a rather drastic painting and filling in job to be done in the main room where an old fashioned radiator had been taken out, etc. The painting job was of real concern to me as this is a newly refurbished flat with no clue left as to what shade was used on the walls, but the match is faultless. I unhesitatingly recommend PS Building and Decorating, you honestly would have to search very hard to find a comparable standard of work. I
