My mother-in-law being very ill at the time got her leg trapped at the top of stairs between staircase and stair lift. It required the fire brigade to free her by cutting away the newel post and hand rail at the top of the stairs. Within hours of posting the message Geoff Cann called to say he would be interested in repairing the damage to the staircase. By the following weekend it was all fixed and as good as new. We had a great experience with OL & Edward. Livia was amazing and very persistent in finding the perfect replacement for our sink. We were trying to replace a broken sink with an identical version. Our sink had a very particular design and had been discontinued in the early 2000s, but Livia did not stop until she found the exact replacement. John, the plumber who did the replacement did an excellent job, and he was fast, clean and very professional. Highly recommend and would use again!
