Green Roots quoted me for a job on Wednesday September 20th 2017. They requested I paid them a £450 deposit of which I paid. I was promised a receipt that evening but nothing was forthcoming. After many text messages and phone calls to James Lancaster, he kept making excuses and would contact the office to forward me a receipt and quote invoice and call me back. This never happened and now we are at Saturday 23rd September and he will not answer his mobile or reply to my text messages.

Graham gave me a labour quote which was accurate but sadly, the people he got the bricks from gave me a quote and when Graham went for the bricks they gave him much less discount than quoted me. Not Graham fault but maybe you should get the products yourself if you find them cheap.Apart from that, his job was very good, even when there was a small issue on how my previous wall was built, he managed to find a solution that didn't cost me extra money. I will definitely recommend him
