The job was to cut back a severely overgrown patch of garden. Chris & his team, Adrian & Cosmin, gave me a competitive quote, after coming to visit the site to assess what needed to be done. They started next day and completed the job quickly and to my complete satisfaction. The site was cleaned up & all waste taken away. I will definitely use them again and strongly recommend them.

Tom from Pink Hippo Tree Surgery did an excellent job. He arrived early, was polite, and very professional, handling even a difficult and aggressive neighbour calmly and firmly. He skilfully thinned a large silver birch overhanging our garden, cut back an overgrown Fiddle-Leaf Fig, and trimmed other trees. He cleared a large amount of waste and left everything tidy. We hired ES Electrical to fit our new Kitchen and also added a toilet and shower unit downstairs. From the begening we found Harry and his Team to be very professional but also had have a very friendly approach. They listerned to our concearns during the process of the instillation and also gave us some good advice and ideas. We found them to be very tidy with their work and respected our property. My ( Greek Cypriot ) Dad was taught the skill by my Grandparents as he was my father and would go on to Make a successful Fruit and Veg shop in Golders Green in which I'm extremely proud of. Working in this shop as you would go into it on the right used to be ' A business built on customer satisfaction '. You see it isn't the building game but it's all the same to me, we serve the customers and we leave them Satisfied Every Single time. That's the name of the game. My Grandad would later teach me how to paint and my Nan would teach me how to work with oil based paints and the rest is history. We agreed terms and price. Arrived, said they couldn't move everything at that price, so agreed what they could move for the pre-agreed price. Said they had finished but didn't move some garden waste bags because they were too heavy (weight was never a factor when I was quoted originally), but nevermind. Asked to swap the bags for something else lighter and they wouldn't after I was quoted for a full van load with space still in the van. The van arrived with some other items already in there by the way.
