Alex and his Team at Kent Specialist Groundworks and Construction did a fantastic job with my back garden patio. I ended up doing the walkway to the garden. Very competitive costs as well. Alex and his team threw a few extras for me doing my fence posts and tidying the rest of the place. I am beyond impressed with the workmanship. I had them replace a 3 panel fence and install a new 2 panel fence. They were quick to attend, and quick to provide a quote, which was by close of play that day. Got some good advice on my requirements and seemed happy to discuss options and different ways of achieving the same end. Was able to be on site within 2 days and most importantly, turned up on time. No messing around, we agreed 8am and they were here at that time. They were swift and efficient. I recommend.

I can’t recommend Laurentiu and his assistant Reece more highly. They completely gutted & refurbished my downstairs cloakroom in two and a half days and it is fabulous. I love it. Did work within our budget but the quality of work is questionable. Pros Polite and did work within our budget. Cons 1. After 1 week, plants are growing through the tarmac which is highly disappointing. Seemed like I wasted my money and that is the only reason why I have given them a 2 star.

Cornel turned up at a job with 3 others who didnt have a clue what they were doing. My wall i got taken out by these guys was a terribble job they used the wrong cement and now everyday i have cement falling bit by bit. Cornel also dug the floor to connect a new sink for waste pipe. He concreted the floor back and no water can now go through the waste pipe as hes connected it wrong. So i have a useless sink in a corner of my kitchen. Asked him to come back for 4 weeks kept saying tommorow never came.

Mike came, quoted £700 to do the weeding. Transferred £350 to bank to start immediately . He blew leaves off the snow for 5/10mins then asked for £50cash for weed killer which we declined and he then left. Next day van problems, too wet next day. We asked for a refund not heard since. I would pay after completion. Disappointing
