They obtained permission for dropped kerb and completed the two car driveway with little bit of landscaping in two days. Great work replacing the decking & treatment applied. Only negative to be cautious is that Dave Quoted a price to replace the entire decking & we agreed to proceed. Dave ripped off all the rotten wood as prep. Next day he comes back bumping up the price few hundreds saying prices of wood increased. I might have felt threatened at some point that he’d stop the work if I didn’t agree. Was forced to agree on the new price to get the already ripped off decking work completed.

I paid £350 on 21 July and £400 on 23 July after he said the latter was for six trees, soil and flowers, with the work to be completed on 29 July. Only two grass sprays were carried out. No trees, soil or flowers were supplied and the planting was not done. He did not contact me about the delay; I had to chase him. I have requested receipts, business details and a firm completion date.

The fence was poorly installed, no tension and badly 'mangled' in places. We had told Roger that we would pay when the work was completed to our satisfaction. He said he had finished, we were not repared to pay. until we were happy. Talking to his boss, we were told that is not how things are done. A fence had been installed, thus we had to pay. Eventually after long conversation with the boss( Brian McDonagh ,it was his account that monies were paid ) , we paid 90%. NEVER use these p[eople
