John worked extremely hard to fulfil our brief & also had great vision when considering possibilities. He understood our needs and ensured all snagging was carried out before completion. All builders are currently pushed to the limit with supplies and staffing - John managed this to the best of his ability and was always polite, helpful and friendly.

Craig did a fantastic job of skimming the ceilings of 6 rooms of our home at the end of 2021. The finish was excellent, he turned up when he said he would, he was flexible when we needed to move the date, he took care to minimise the mess and the price was competitive. Would use again and highly recommended.

Pat and his team have done an excellent job. We are very pleased with the result. There has always been clear communication and timely project management of the build. The team have always been helpful and responsive, with real care of the quality of the work done and attention to detail. Victor and his team did a great job with fitting the electrics in the kitchen and plasterboarding the kitchen. They left the place clean and was reasonable with the price. I will certainly use them again.

We hired SJC Contracts to build and install a staircase to service three floors. Right from the off, Simon was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, professional, helpful and full of great ideas and options. His work is of a very high standard and he worked hard to get everything “just right”. His carpentry skills are boundless. An absolute top notch service was delivered. I highly recommend SJC Contracts and will definitely use again

Communication from Marian was great and he was able to visit and look at the problem very quickly. He did a great job and went out of his way to make sure the work was carried out quickly during unsociable hours. Will certainly use him again in the future.

Excellent workmanship on both the fence and the patio. The team were very prompt and gave a competitive quote and helpfully sources materials and guided our choices. Very pleased to have chosen them and we would definitely have the back for further work. We'd recommend them.
