New to the area and was looking for someone reliable and skilled for job. Scott came around and did initial measurements before sending a very reasonable quote across. Work was done over two days and to a very high standard. The new doors are well built and installed and are exactly what I was looking for. Scott was really helpful from the start, very personable throughout, answering questions that came up and advising how best to maintain the new doors going forward. Will definitely hire again.

The team are very professional all parts of the job were well communicated verbally and quotes before the jobs commenced. The team were punctual communicated well of any unforseen problems and worked the extra into the schedule. Standards of workmanship are of a high standard the bathroom was retiled floor to ceiling and looks amazing unique and finished to a good standard. The team are tidy helpful and I found very honest. Brilliant service, Leroy came on time, on the arranged day and in cold weather. He got on with the tree job, bringing all the right equipment and no messing around. Awful, unprofessional and intrusive, didn't turn up when expected, took 2 months to finish job and double charged an extra 40% on top estimates. Just wanted the job finished, definitely not worth the money! Will be placing compliant directly with rated people website.

DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER! Andy MacClay trading as FRPM was engaged to fit a bathroom for a lady in her 90's. Although personable, he did an appalling job and left the poor lady with raw sewage leaking and a dreadful smell. She was very distressed for months and it cost over £1800 to put the work right. He has since stopped answering his phone and does not respond to any communication.

Jason and his partner fitter a new bathroom for me, including all new plasterboard etc as water had gotten behind the old tiles. They tiled the floor and walls for us also. The bathroom looks brilliant couldn’t be happier, more than happy to trust them when not at the property and to top it all off when they were finished I went out to my garage so that I could take all of the rubbish to the tip and they had beat me to it. Will be hiring again for my second bathroom shortly!
