Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.

Karl was very prompt in replying to our enquiry, he turned up on time to provide us with a quotation and we arranged a day for the work to be completed. Unfortunately the weather interfered BUT Karl re-arranged for a couple of days later. He turned up on time and carried out the work with great efficiency and got the job done to our total satisfaction.

He is very reliable, friendly, honest and professional and he has a high standard of workmanship where he provide a good service to his customers and only uses good quality products. I was impressed with John's communication and advice on the best way to tackle some decor problems. Mike was brilliant. He came round and explained all the work that would need doing and gave us a very competitive quote. Advice was given regarding the paint and also the finish types, as well as recommendations on types of wallpaper. The walls were well prepped and we were really impressed with the amount of work put in before hand to ensure a great finish. Mike communicated well and kept us up to date with progress. We're extremely happy with the finished work. Will definitely use again.

The quote was better than expected. The builders were very clean and tidy each day. The work was completed despite the weather conditions not being perfect. The finished walls were to a high standard when compared to other nearby residential properties that have been recently pointed. I would recommend this company to anyone asking for a similar job request. My neighbours have asked for contact details of the builder after seeing the work completed.

Jason and his team at JW Roofline have done a great job removing and replacing all of our fascia, soffit guttering and drainpipes over the past 2 days. I considered a few companies and chose this company based on them offering complete replacement and photos of previous work on their website and on mybuilder also. They removed all the old wood rather than just covering it up, so it was a professional job. Highly recommend this business as they specialise in roofline replacement.
