My name is Gary Marlor, I am a local tradesman who has been installing driveways and patios since 1994, i have been on the Marshalls approved installers register for the last 5 years and offer a professional design and installation service.
Cannot rate Gary and the service he provided us highly enough. Turned up when he said from quoting to carrying out the work. The finished driveway and patio are more than we expected, the quality of work and attention to detail is second to none. Worked through all weathers and completed the work on time. Would recommend without hesitation.

Derrick responded quickly to an urgent request as I had a leak coming through the gable end with water getting behind the flashing as the mortar wasnt in a good condition. I spoke to Derrick in advance who talked me through the process and what to expect with the work (repointing and sealing). It was completed as arranged to a good quality and I appreciated the efforts to tidy up during and after the work as well. Price was competetive and Deanway Pointing were friendly and informative throughout.

Made a total mess of a small extension. Quoted 2 weeks and after 7 I sacked him off as we were going nowhere. Massive list of his work didn’t comply with building regs and ended up fitting a purlin to roof as he used wrong sized joists. I now have bits of roof hanging off after max 30 mph winds Even managed to cock guttering up so down pipe is nowhere near drains. Roof leaking and I have had to sack him off and pay another load of cash to a set of lads who can do the job. Avoid or he’ll bankrupt you
