We used Kingz for clearance of a very overgrown garden and new fencing. They did exactly what they said they would do in their quote. They worked hard, left the garden tidy, and took away all the waste. They were very pleasant and Emma, in particular, gave good advice regarding ongoing after care of the garden. Turned up that’s the only thing I can say , shoddy job , came back twice after to rectify , but after paint settled still not a good job as I expected and did pay for , unfortunately, requested a refund and he has offered to come back , the only thing that could improve this is starting again and doing it properly, sanding down undercoating and prepping not just paining over which was what was done . Very dissatisfied very disappointed

Very prompt response to come and assess and quote for the work. They were keen to do the work the next day even though I was going to be out - they called when they arrived, sent photos as they progressed the work, messaged when finished with final photos. They took away all the rubbish (there was a lot of pruning done) and didn’t ask for payment until I had reviewed everything in person the following morning (it was dark when I got home). Overall very polite and did a very good job.
