Matthew was easy to communicate with he was honest about the job and not put off by the private lane access - which meant all materials had to come down lane and through the house they were tidy - professional and attention to detail It was also very refreshing to see a trade man that had enough professional ability to only require £250 Deposit to hold date - did not need materials paid up front as he clearly runs a good cash flow company with good trade accounts. Started off well then started disappearing off to other jobs (I am not local to the property) then carried out small painting touch up at another property. Tried to say he put 4 men into a terraced property, it’s just a days work for one person then tried to charge £1300!. Main job not completed and failed to turn up the Thursday because their car had been impounded as no insurance, refused to pay £1300 but asked for a fair price. They have now disappeared without completing what they have been paid to do

Had some work on our roof completed in May 2024. This was completed to a poor standard, which we only realised after problems. Michael did return to supposedly correct these issues. However, we still have a leak and parts of the flat roof are flaking off only a few months afterwards. Have tried numerous times to contact Michael with limited success. He is now completely avoiding contact either by phone or email and has failed to return and rectify the problems. Would not recommend or use again.
