AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Andrey completed work under contract with guarantees, but within 2 months the exterior paint peeled off & looks awful. After acknowledging the poor workmanship, Andrey has systematically avoided all accountability - dodging calls, breaking promises, and blatantly refusing to honour his contractual obligations. A complete lack of professional integrity, despite us having all records of communication - he cannot be trusted to stand behind his work.

We hired Cani Building Services to replace the front stairs and pathway of our Victorian home with granite pavers in the spring of 2025. Michael did an excellent job in strimming back my front and back lawns, the latter of which was very long. He also cut back three large bushes in front garden as well as tidied up those in the back. He also removed weeds that had grown on the patio. Very professional throughout and kept me informed at every step. Excellent.
