Steve took our fireplace ideas and made them into exactly what we wanted. Professional and polite throughout, he worked hard to get the job done. Trustworthy enough to leave with a key to our house whilst we were at work, and kept us up to date with what he had done and what he had left to do. Obviously takes pride in his work and would 110% recommend him to anyone, and will use him again when we need other work doing. Top bloke! Thanks Steve.

I am very happy with the standard of the work completed and the level of customer service that I received. Pat and his team completed the job on time and budget. The work was completed to a excellent standard Pat was always keeping me up to date on the progress of the job . I have used many builders over the last 25 years and will be using Broderick Building Services on my next project.

The guy's did an excellent job refurbishing my house. From the new bathroom, Kitchen, painting, plastering etc.... No job was out of there reach, i wouldn't hesitate to use them on my next project.

Yet another triumph for the two Gary's! In less than two days they have transformed a front garden I was ashamed of to one I can be proud of and that people comment on. An unwieldy hedge was quickly removed and taken away, ditto the untidy gravel and replaced with very neat and attractive blocks. I've already arranged for some inside work to be done in the summer . . .

I received a call from kevin immediately after I placed the ad. He came at the time he said he would and charged the price agreed on the phone. Kevin was v professional and courteous. I am getting him back to do additional work. I highly recommend kevin. Its refreshing to meet someone who is skilled and as professional as kevin and charges at a reasonable rate.
