AVOID! Mr Art 13 (father&son) ABANDONED our 7-room project. Started 2 beds and a wetroom that now needs redone. After 10 weeks and 50% of the quote PAID, no room was left usable. Gave constant excuses for delays: “prices doubled,” “faulty pipes,” etc. They told us they DON'T CUT CORNERS and explained how coving screws should be filled and sanded, yet they paint over screws, leaving drips on the walls, flooring laid on an uneven base they poured, tiling on a dirty dusty wall, using unfit materials, etc.

Relm were fantastic. I have done a lot of renovations over the years but our regular builders weren’t available and we had to get the job done on short notice. Relm were professional, helpful and most notably stayed on time and on budget. I wasn’t able to be onsite and they kept me up to date with photos and videos. Colin and team took on a tough job refreshing a top floor bathroom and adding in a shower to a compact space with low eaves,. Despite encountering a few surprises (lack of isolation valves, dead pigeons etc) the job was done in good time and on budget.. Colin worked with me to provide options on fitments to suit style & budget and was honest when I was better off purchasing direct rather than through him. The job wasn't rushed and the finish is excellent. Also took on some external wiring work as well.
