I can't comment on the any work carried out but we had him booked in to attend, he did not turn up on the day and when I messaged him I had no reply, not very happy as I took time out of work.

I am qualified in several construction led courses as stated below. I am physically fit with a good head for heights and working in confined spaces. I can take charge if required and confident to be able to lead a team. I am keen to develop and attend the relevant training programmes to learn more with a view to progressing within certain job roles, updating current skills and keeping my portfolio current. I am aware of the importance of keeping within the Health and safety regulations and the importance of using the correct PPE. Hired Ian to Build a single story extension and install new kitchen and downstairs shower room . Crew were very pleasant and very helpful in planning the the job ahead of them. Very pleased with the work carried out looks amazing Having to put up with an awkward neighbor didn't deter them from doing and completing the job. The price put in was very reasonable. When the work was ongoing the area was always left clean and as tidy as possible . I would recommend Ian 100% , and would use him again.
