Unfortunately the job was done very badly! I needed to reset my ridge tiles (as pictures show) which were displaced. Despite quite a bit of discussion on what I was expecting to see, the end result was very disappointing. Clearly not the roofing 'specialists' they claim to be.

Mark quoted a fair price and agreed to start w/b 6 Feb. Due to a problem with his van he started on Feb 20. Job done in 2 days all looked good. Paid. Then 15 June some fascia boards had fallen off! Mark came back after a few weeks and fitted new boards. All looking well.

However I had to oversee the work completion myself via Google Translate due to no instructions and poor communications to the work team. A wonderful neat job on replacing a whole roof including batons, felt, membrane, soffiting, facia, gutters and downpipes. Great choice of replacement tiles. Very quick to go to site to quote, including close up photos of problem areas, quick to produce the quote and quick to start the job. Had terrible weather, but made an excellent job and plenty of close up photos again to see the result of the work done. The quote was also the amount charged, not extra, extra extra....!
