Contractors made arrangements to call, arrived on time, they seemed very nice & efficient; however we did not receive a quote as promised, when I queried it; he apologized saying he thought he had emailed me to say it would be late as he had broken his collarbone. Then I received a text saying he wasn't going to quote as he was off sick for 6 weeks, so unfortunately we are unable to rate his work...

Although personable, he did an appalling job and left the poor lady with raw sewage leaking and a dreadful smell. She was very distressed for months and it cost over £1800 to put the work right. All seemed well until he left for the day and I discovered tools left all over the place, wet paint left on the plastic for people to step in and our brand new floor and doors and tiles covered in paint splatter, brush strokes and dripping paint spots on the walls & skirting. We discovered paint on our bedding too. Avoid.
