He took before and after photographs so that I could see the extent of the damp patch under the felt before the repair. Revised review. I originally gave a 1 star review to Bill Osborne(RL Contracts)for the substandard work that he undertook solely. He told me that this review had to be removed for me to receive a partial refund. Which I did. To finish the extension, I have retained the sub contractors that he originally employed as their work has been exemplary. I have spent the past month repeating work that he undertook personally (roofing/plumbing) and am massively out of pocket even with a refund. HENCE THE ONE STAR

I'd been messed about by a couple of roofers and builders before. Purcells turned up when they said they would (the same day!) priced everything, got the parts and then did the job to a great standard. They weren't difficult to pay and I can't recommend them highly enough
