Aarfaan is very knowledgeable and was quickly able to diagnose the problem and resolve it. The quote was given quickly, setting out the alternatives and we had to replace the windows. Local to me (NorthLondon) and came and did the job (clearing a drainpipe and the climbing plant that was blocking it) within a couple of hours of my posting. They also did an inspection of nearby eaves and roof and pointed out a couple of things that were slowly falling into disrepair. Whilst they offered to fix them, they did not put me under any pressure to have the extra work done as it was non-urgent.
