We had our wooden back door replaced for a new uPVC one on 21/10/11 and were very pleased with the job. Communication was excellent - he came and measured the door and provided a price the following day, which was very competitive, as well as a choice of installation dates. Very punctual and tidy, completing the job in a few hours and taking the old door away leaving no mess. We've since requested a quote for new windows which seemed very reasonable. Would recommend.

That he dose honour his guarantee which last for 10 years. He clears up his mess. And far from making problems up he points out what might happen. I contacted rated people to have the bad review removed both by phone and two weeks of emails. Rated people have done absolutely nothing they don’t answer their emails or their phone.
