Igor and his team did a great job for me in renovating and updating a Grade II Listed townhouse in Clifton. The scope of works included extensive repairs, all new plumbing & electrics, a new staircase, kitchen and bathrooms, and complete re-decoration throughout. I would give the lowest score possible to these sharks! Came at 2.30 on a Friday and worked on roof in dark and rain! Left job in a terrible state both internally and externally .Promised to come back next morning and rectify and plaster all the mess they made on the walls snd ceiling.Yhey have not answered any communications despite trying several times. In good faith I paid them half the money but will never see them again so I have to now find a reputable roofer to fix. BEWARE they are SCUM.

He quoted £100,000 to do the job in 6 weeks & promised it would be stress free, At 12 weeks in He was told I no longer wanted him to complete the job as I received an electric shock from a socket that was left as a bare cable protruding from the wall. He blamed everybody else then fired the only two decent builders as he held them responsible. Even though I had paid the third stage payment a day previous, I was too distressed and my health was declining due to the anxiety and stress he had caused. Avoid!!

Had some work on our roof completed in May 2024. This was completed to a poor standard, which we only realised after problems. Michael did return to supposedly correct these issues. However, we still have a leak and parts of the flat roof are flaking off only a few months afterwards. Have tried numerous times to contact Michael with limited success. He is now completely avoiding contact either by phone or email and has failed to return and rectify the problems. Would not recommend or use again.
