When you have a project fitted out with Your Virtual Room - Design and Build, it will be designed, project managed and installed by me (and my team of trades) no middle men, no missed detail, no extra cost. Michael McGowan from Greenline Roofing came out. We had been let down previously and he was aware of this. They did the job that afternoon. We paid them. They put 4 vents in the roof, which ended up causing more leaks. They said someone would send someone out to fix it, they didn't. They said they would phone back, they didn't. No response to any messages. We have had to get someone out to fix the vents that were put in the wrong way. The word 'inside' is on the outside of the vents fitted. No money back.

Although not the cheapest quote, the work was done promptly, the staff were courteous and very hardworking, they tidied up as they went along, and snagging issues were dealt with. Communication was very good, either by text, email or in person. A further serious issue was discovered during the time they were here, and I will be using Weatherproof services again to deal with that.

We had our wooden back door replaced for a new uPVC one on 21/10/11 and were very pleased with the job. Communication was excellent - he came and measured the door and provided a price the following day, which was very competitive, as well as a choice of installation dates. Very punctual and tidy, completing the job in a few hours and taking the old door away leaving no mess. We've since requested a quote for new windows which seemed very reasonable. Would recommend.

Graham fixed my outdoor Christmas lights, but we didn’t test them before he left. I specifically requested roof gutter lights, which required a tall ladder. Later, the gutter lights didn’t work. After paying a significant amount, I politely asked Graham to return. His shocking response was that he couldn’t come until Tuesday, there’d be an extra charge, and suggested I ask a neighbor or window cleaner. His lack of empathy and care was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend him due to his indifferent attitude.
