Punctual, friendly and tidy, they went above and beyond to repair some extra small issues which required doing and would not take any extra payment. As the quote for the original work was more than fair, this was very much appreciated. Even when one door proved difficult (leading to the job taking longer than he thought and eating into his weekend) he took great care with his work and didn't finish until he was completely happy with it.
