Although I posted the request on a Sunday night - I was amazed when Ash responded an hour later, following up promptly with a call the next morning. Ash completed the work that same week. He stayed in full contact with us throughout, with updates and details whilst the work was under way. The response and communication was amazing, workmanship was top quality, and the costs very fair. Poor finish and messy job.Lack of professionalism, use bad language, swears throughout the job.Very bad filling and sanding done in various areas.Refused to complete job properly and left messy paint all over new wooden floors and even dark oil pain drops on walls!!We believe he has done most of this intentionally because initially we had to request start date to be delayed by one day which he ended up doing work as planned anyway. Feedback and pictures provided to him directly after finish still didnt care
