Reliability? Communication? Completion of work in a timely manner? Quality of work? Customer Service? Cleanliness and respect for property? The job is done (in a fashion), but I am not convinced it will last or that the guarantee (which I apparently have) is worth anything. Unfortunately I could not recommend. I should not feel like I need to have a strong male physically present to deal with a tradesman (IYKYK). I will attach photos of evidence if I can, so you can see for yourself.

There is no job too big or too small that I can complete. I am polite, well mannered also I'm punctual. When it comes to the jobs I complete I'm a perfectionist. I have a small team of three painters/decoraters who also work to a very high standard and go the extra mile to meet all customer expectations. Really disappointing! Started off good, Mitchell got in touch and quoted for the job by the photos, he didn’t come out to quote. I was happy with the quote so I said go ahead and as he said he could do the job in 2 weeks I removed my post thinking great I’ve found the person for the job. 2 weeks later no sign of Mitchell or a reply to my emails asking when he’s planning to start the work so now I have to start the process again. Poor show from Mitchell or a no show, as it would appear

I can't recommend Tom highly enough. He's a lovely friendly chap and supremely good at what he does. He put up 4 pairs of new curtains and the poles as well as taking down the old ones. Fantastic job done by Darren and his team this week. I had the kitchen / diner and hallway repainted as well as some outside painting. The job was done to a high standard, on time and at a really competitive price. Darren was cheery and helpful throughout the process and I would definitely rehire him for future decorating jobs.
