Very polite and punctual guy. I had several quotes for my job and all were a lot higher so the phrase "you get what you pay for" comes to mind. He only did 1 coat of paint and ideally it needed 2 coats hence the quote being lower than other quotes.

We confirmed the price and scope of works in writing and he confirmed back to start and finish over the bank holiday. Our client had arranged to stay elsewhere. The day before he was due to start, he cancelled with a lame excuse. Totally left us looking very stupid and the client very upset. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.
