Prior to Xmas our oil fired boiler broke down. I contacted Rated People and Nash Plumbing got in touch. After discussion it was decided they quote for a new boiler in garage. Rhys is a very friendly guy, easy to get on with and professional. The job price was under estimated based on the time taken. However, It was a tricky job and this is the nature of most construction jobs with reference to timing.. I don't have any faults with Rhys and if there's any problems he's willing to negotiate a compromise.

Paul was very prompt with providing a fixed priced quotation which was within budget. He was available to start immediately and arrived the next day at time agreed. He put in a full days work everyday, and would work on to finish what he had programmed if necessary. He was very tidy and had all the tools and dust sheets required. He also cleared up fully at the end of each working day Would recommend this person to everyone
